Training and Standards All Valets
must attend Gold Crown's mandatory training course before their first event.
Led by a member of the Gold Crown management team, employees learn the details
necessary to provide best in class service. Topics include vehicle safety,
proper protocol, greeting of guests and company policies. All of our Valets
must meet these minimum standards: For males: no long hair, beards, goatees,
etc. 21 Years of age or older A valid Driver's License with no more than
2 moving violations within the last 2 years Professional and positive attitude
Professional Uniforms A professional service requires a professional uniform.
The valets that arrive to service your event will be clean cut and wear
our signature uniform: For the warmer season, your valet will arrive in
black slacks, black socks, black shoes and a white business shirt. The maitre
d’ towel completes the uniform's crisp look. For the cooler season, you
can expect your valets to arrive in black slacks, black socks, and black
shoes in addition to a white business shirt with a black neck tie. The red
jacket adds the final professional touch.
