Staff
Our senior valet staff understands how to make
guests feel relaxed and comfortable. For fifteen
years our valet captain's have been delivering
refined service. Our leadership includes the following
top staff members.
Vladimir
- Vladimir is a familiar face in the social
and charity events in Dallas. |

his many years of employment at Dallas Country
Club make him a familiar face wherever he

- Arturo is exceptionally good at handling
difficult, unique and tricky valet parking
operations. |

events. |
All of our valets must attend Gold Crown's mandatory
training course before their first event. Led
by a member of the Gold Crown management team,
employees learn the details necessary to provide
refined service. Topics include vehicle safety,
proper protocol, greeting of guests and company
policies. All of our Valets must meet these minimum
standards:

All valets must be at least 21 years of
age or older |
|
|
All valets pass a background check showing
no prior criminal history |
|
|
All valets must present a valid driver's
license with no more than 2 moving violations
within the last 3 years. |
|
|
All valets must display a professional and
positive attitude |
Uniforms
Our professional service comes with our attractive,
refined and traditional attire. The valets that
arrive to service your event will be clean cut
and wear our signature uniform:

For the warmer season, April 1st through
September 30th your valet will arrive in black
slacks, black socks, black shoes and a white
business shirt. The maitre d' towel completes
the uniform's crisp look. |

|
For the cooler season, October 1st through
March 31st, you can expect your valets to
arrive in black slacks, black socks, and
black shoes in addition to a white business
shirt with a black neck tie. The red jacket
adds the final professional touch.
